Returns policy

All Browbands, Bridles and Girths can easily become contaminated once placed on an equine for this reason we do not accept returns on these items once they have been used. However, if the product does not fit sufficiently, we do accept exchanges. To discuss exchanges please email: sales@missdarcy.com

Should you wish to return any non-used item to us, a full refund will be issued, minus postage costs. Return postage cost is to be paid by the customer. The item must be returned to us within 14 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact.

Please allow up to 28 days for your account to be credited with a refund. Please note that refund value will match the price of the product at time of purchase. No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 14 days of signing for the package. Any returned goods must include a covering letter with your contact details, stating the reason for return. Miss Darcy will have the final decision on any action taken with regard to this subject. We are unable to accept any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).
