Each product comes consumer statutory rights. If the item that is faulty is discontinued, customer can exchange for a different item of the same value or a refund can be given. Refund is for item price only, not including postage and is for the price the customer paid.

If the item is purchased as a gift, the person receiving the gift cannot receive a refund if the item is not suited. It is up to the person receiving the gift to return to the original purchaser to request a refund or exchange. This is to prevent fraud. The invoice VAT receipt you will receive with your order cannot be used to receive a refund or exchange. The order number must be quoted (as per email you receive) in an email or on the phone. Again, this is to prevent fraud.
